I purchased the sport springs and find the ride really good. There is still to much of a wheel gap for my liking, so I'll be switching to the race spring this winter while the cars in storage. You are looking at around $280 for the springs.

i want those what are the drop they come in on the sprots and on the race?

i currently have the koni ground controls right now and they came with eibach sportlines

I wanted somewhere around 2" drop but they dont make it and i dont want 1.75 and 1.5, it will still be high, so I've decided to go with the race.

I have the Sports on my car, and once they settled, the drop is pretty low. Before, I could get maybe 3 or 4 fingers between the rear tire and the fender (depending on how much gas was in the tank). Now, barely 1. I'd recommend the Sports.

1.75 front and 1.5 rear is that low for an SIR? The gap there right now looks crazy high, over 2 for sure, way over 2 actually

A Sport drop will not close the wheel gap. You'll need a Race spring to do that.

ok well everyone is saying something different but I think i will get the race springs. It's ok if it's really low. I'll live with it

dude 2.5inch is going to be too big of a drop. Plus, you guranteed to need upgraded aftermarket shocks for that kind of a drop. I have sports on my car and I have 1 finger in the front and 1.5 in the back. IMO, is perfect. I love it.
Your better off getting the sports and a set of koni yellows and using the perches to bring the car down a bit more if you really want it. After all that you'll have a killer suspension setup.

Or you could get the sport springs for the Si, rather than the SiR. Cuz the SiR springs have a slightly higher spring rate in the front. so if you put Si springs on your SiR you'll have closer to a 2inch drop in the front cuz of the slight weight differences between the engines. My sig has a pic of what it will look like. I have Si springs on my SI. IMO, looks sick. I wouldn't lower it even one milimeter more, its perfect........for me that is.

car looks sweet, but I still see gap between the fenders. I dont really mind if the tires are a little in the fender cause thats how my 1995 civic was and it wasn't a problem for me. Aftermarket shocks and maybe a camber kit will be going on, but maybe not at this moment depending on some money i'm waiting on.

ok maybe I should get the sports because next year I'm thinking about putting on skirts. Maybe I could fill the little gap with some rims and tires, u think?
