H brace and rear sway bar install on EK

Apparently the H braces bolt right in, but you have to un-bolt lower control arm.
Yes, the EL has a rear sway-bar.
I saw these braces on ClubSi. I wonder if anyone has tried them. CTR's and ITR's have similar bracing from the factory.
