guys help !! my 3 and forth 4 gear is burned

guys help !! my 3 and forth 4 gear is burned

guys help plz , i got a second gen b16 motor usdm and i blew out 3 and 4 gear . 3rd gear already had a grind but now its completly gone. wha do i do get a new tranny , if so how much , whats the cheapest way to fix this problem. thankx

yep used tranny will cost way less than a rebuild, then you can get a lsd tranny.

how much am i looking at for a used tranny , and do i have to take off the clutch essambly or just get the tranny shell with the gearbox and slap it on?

depends which car you need it for... d series trannies are very cheap $200... b series are more

i need it for a 92 eg hatch civic , can i use any b series tranny?

yep, just make sure its hyrdaulic. Stick with a b16 or ITR tranny though, you want the short gears.
Spend the extra money for a tranny with LSD, you'll be glad you did.

you could put new synchros in.. its not THAT expensive.. go talk to Joe at altech he has resonable prices
