Ground Location

Does anyone know where the ground under the drivers side dash is?? I did a search and I couldn't find any info. In the Haynes manual it says "Left Kick Panel".

If your just looking to ground an alarm or something, any clean bare metal attached to the chasis will do.

My car won't start and I'm pretty sure it's a ground. I still can't seem to find it. From the picture it looks like it should be on the drivers side wall under the dash, but I just can't see and I'm getting so frusterated!! I hate electrical!!
