right now i have H&R sports on Tokico Illumina's but i do want my car to be alittle lower so i'm thinking of selling the H&R sports and buying ground-control coil-overs so i can adjust the ride height while still having adjustable shocks (reason i'm not going with Omni)

what are the basic spring rates for ground-controls and also will the illumina's handle them ok?

winter is not a problem, i go back to stock for winter so no worries about snow, salt, etc.

oh ya, also want to know what the ride is like with these springs, the H&R's are a nice soft ride, even with my illuminas at 3 front, 5 rear.

if i can get custom rates i think i'll be ordering 350 front and 375 rear or 350 front, 400 rear. i'm getting them from a large ebay seller i've order from before, so i donno if they can get me custom rates yet.

i used to have GC coilovers, stock rates (stock street kit rates that is) and they were awesome!!!

pm j_limitz, he has gcs and illuminas. his car is dumped during the summer and a 4x4 during winter, he doesn't take them off either.

i've considered H&R race and Omni power, but i think the ground-control and illuminas will give me the best of both worlds. adjustable ride height and adjustable shocks and i can pick up the ground-controls for $350cdn too.
