I wanted some polyurethane as well..
which kit ur gettin...the LCA bushings? Hyper-flex or whatever..

I might not buy a kit, because when I get GSR LCA's for the brake swap, getting a civic kit would be useless.

that is an excellent writeup, exactly how I did mine,

I hated taking the blade off then sliding it into the control arm hole though.....jeeez.....glad thats all over.
