Got B18C in a EG?

What's up...

Just wondering if any of you out there have an EG with a JdM B18C swap... (94-99 GsR)

I'm trying to find a Header that will bolt directly on to the stock EG cat. I tried ordering the DC 4-2-1 (Part# AHC6007) but its way too short and it doesn't have the bolt for the O2 sensor.

I just want to know if any of you guys have this setup and what kind of header you installed without having to do any mods.

Thx for look'n...

i believe that is going to be a tough task. More than likely going to have to modify your exhaust to fit the header.

yeah man, i have a b18c1 in my ek, and headers are coming next... i am going 4-1 because i am building up the internals a little and aiming for 180/190whp... i am going type-r cat or just a hi-flow one with a 2.5" intlet/outlet and 2.5" madrel bent... still deciding, stock type-r muffler maybe... not too sure... i know a guy goose**** and he does custom exhaust for a reasonable price as he does swaps all the time and knows how to do the exhausts for swap cars...

if your looking for a header, why not finish the exhaust, if not that will be ur bottle neck in ur exhaust, basically making the header useless, header helps open up the exhaust, so open the whole exhaust up not just the front

just get a header for a 99-00 SIR thats what i did, fit fine. It has the o2 bung in the colllector and will still fit the GSR engine (the 1.8L block is a little taller, but not enough to make any real difference, i've used a header designed for a b16 on a ls/gsr/itr/b20 before)
But i agree with 92JDMx about the getting a bigger exhaust idea.....its a good one.

I have a custom 2 1/4 exhaust from the cat back....the header is the last thing i needed...

So with the 99-00 SiR header, does that bolt directly to the stock eg cat? and its long enough, so that the header isn't hitting the bottom of the block?

Let me know when you get a chance...

Thx for you responses guys...

mine fit fine, didn't hit the block (the 1.8L block is only a tiny bit taller). I used that header i got for a 99-00 SIR on my friends 94 LS integra and it cleared the oil pan with plenty of room.
