going auto to manual!!!! hopefully this weekend!!! got a few q's
 
the auto car is a 88 civic hatch with a newer 92-95 engine (jdm d15b) the tranny is from an 89 Si 5 speed

first Q other than a CEL will i have any problems running the car off the pm5 auto ecu? i don't think so but meh !!! i will be doing the mpfi swap in the near future so ill have the pm6 Si ecu in there soon!!!

second Q is this a fairly easy install!!!!! do i need anything other than the tranny , pedal assembly, mounts, clutch cable , clutch!!!!

third Q will this work!!!!!!!!

not to mention the shifter and its linkage

i got the whole shifter linkage assembly its still attached to the tranny

i dont know on 4th gens if you need to weld on a new tranny mount, in my 5th gen you did, but 6th gens are fine, thats why Im not too sure on 4th whats the deal

does anyone know how the mounts situation goes?????? to mee it all looks the same!!!! looked under the hood of an auto and manual and they look the same!!!! but are they really

dunno about the mount... about the ECU - was the engine auto or manual originally - cuz the IACV is diff't on the two. should still work okay, idle will be a little high though. flywheel and starter you may also need! lastly... yeah, it's a pretty easy install - no more difficult than a clutch job I guess, just a couple extra steps.

thanks very much for all the info i have everything ill fix the ecu problems when i go from dpfi to mpfi!!!!!!

im doing it right now monday night!!!!!!!!!!! as i type this im leaving grease on the keyboard!!!!! n e one can help ?????? need help????!!!!!
