goin for tha 'ol tune up

ok i did a search, so i already know what to change or replace

i plan to replace my plugs and wires.... what brand or brands do you reccomend (dont recommend $150 hotwires lol, i dont need that much)

denso plugs? i heard ngk were ok but not great. should i just get NGK plugs matched with NGK wires?

what type of plugs? iridium? i heard that i should get resistor plugs so that they dont mess with my stereo ( told that non-resistor plugs cause stereo to make sounds from the engine)

thanx for tha help
-jason

I could be wrong, but I think i remember reading that they did a test and found stock wires to perform better than most aftermarket brands.

the only brand I'd ever trust is ngk ...you could get copper's..or platinum's...I dont' like copper's personally ..I liek fine wire..I'm real picky about plugs...ngk wires and ngk plugs (fine wires)

yes, on most modles NGK is the OEM supplier of wires and plugs. Denso is the other possible OEM supplier in some cases.

that's why we said buy from the dealer (NGK)
