Which Gasket to Replace (Exhaust Leak)

After running some seafoam through my intake manifold I notice a lot of the smoke that is normal when doing this sort of thing was in my engine bay. It was fairly hard for me to detect where exactly it was coming from since the smoke was pretty thick. I figure I will just replace any of the suspicious exhaust related gaskets. Does anyone know what this gasket(s) is and/or what its called? I am going to be going to a shop to get some welds touched up, as and I think there is a small hole in my downpipe that I will get tacked. So if I am going to an exhaust shop anyway I mine aswell get the gasket replaced. Just not sure which one to do, what its called, or where its located.

Exhaust manifold gasket. But chances are, your OEM manifold could be cracked, just a possibility.

Oh sorry forgot to mention that my engine was swapped with a b16.. I thought only the d series engines had a problem with the cracked exhaust manifold. Correct me if I was mistaken.
thanks

Exhaust manifold gaskets are around $20 CT price.

With your engine running, place your hand near the exhaust and feel for leaks. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR EXHAUST!!

haha... i doubt he would be dumb enough to touch it haha... but that is a good warning... i know some newb touch it before... but i'm sure moe mentum isn't newbie...

and its very likely the exhaust manifold gasket need to be replace... for that price at CT< its worth the replacment.... i doubt the B series had the problem D series has about the crack...

If it was spitting out enough smoke to cloud the engine bay, logic would tell me that you should be able to hear it. Listen for sputtering noise while a friend revs it slightly.

I wonder if the old tire leak trick would work...Where you put soap on it and watch where the bubbles come from. I bet it's too hot, though and the soap would burn off before it could bubble.

I'll check for it on the weekend and post back. And thanks T_DOT_sir no I'm not newb enough to touch it haha, but I am newb enough not to know what an exhaust manifold gasket was called haha. I don't know if the tire trick would work, the water might evaporate too fast. Hopefully I can just hear it over the loud engine noise. Thanks for the help

Oh damn this was my 1000 Post!! big milestone for me
