fuel regulator after bold ons and chip.....

hi again after all the bold ons(simota cai,wires,exaust,headers,chip with9000 cut off) do you think that the fuel regulator can help my performances? the field vtec controler ? any other bold on ?

bolt on...
...and header..... no "s" unless you have a V6 or V8.


Anyways, yes, it can help.

Anytime you increase the air flow through an engine, you should also increase the fuel flow as well. If you don't, the engine might run lean. (not a good thing in most cases)

Depending on the car, most civics have a factory setting of 32-35psi (right guys?). With the mods you've done, I would bump the PSI up 4-6 more than stock.......but be forwarned, you're gas milage WILL go down.

It's better in most cases to take it to a shop that can run an engine diagontics, so they can see what the best setting would be.

does the vtec controller even help...i heard u shouldnt mess around with the vtec settings coz the honda engineers know obvie whats best time for vtec to kick in....but i duno...i see a lot of ppl using vtec controllers....

get a feilds controller you can tuen teh vtec engagement and fuel curve for maximum performance whre with a fpr your jsut boosting pressure but not tungin the curve at all....get a afc and be doen with it...you will probobly gain a coupel whp in jsut tunign it....
