Fuel Lines: Should I make them bigger?

Well im going to be replacing my fuel lines due to the rot at the gas tank. Anyways should i make them bigger while im doing this. Im running a b16a in a 91 HB, bolt on mods, planning on head work, but no spray or turbo.

Nope... keep the line size. If you increase it with the stock pump, you won't be able to create/maintaine pressure.

If you have the money/time, I'd invest in a fuel cell and new stainless lines to and from the tank along with an external pump. It's not necessary, just cool.

If you decide not to go that route, may I suggest a new sending unit at least.

new sending unit would be those hard lines coming out of the tank... like the whole assembly. I'm guessing that whole area is pretty rotted out. But if it's not, then keep it

Rotten out holy ****!!! I knew it was getting bad (i fixed a line a few years back) but its completely rotten. Theres one little line that wasn't even attached anymore... not sure what it did it just went a short way to a little device mounted on the tank. Anyways mew sending unit and filler unit will be in order... more then likely a tank as well, ill find out tommorrow.

btw thanks B
