flywheels.

are B series cable/hydro flywheels compatible..
im gonna say yes, i though it was only the clutch that was diffrerent from the cable and hydro, but using ys1 cable or 93+ clutch would also fit a hydro tranny.

b-series flywheels/pressure plates are interchangeable. But the clutch disk has to have the same spline count as the input shaft of the tranny.
90-91 cable trannys use the small spline (24) input shaft where as all 92-01 trannys use the large spline (26) input shaft....even the cable ones. The only difference is the throw out bearing (cable is different than hydro).
I used a fidanza 10lbs flywheel made for a 92-00 b-series hydro tranny on a 1st gen b16 with a cable tranny and it works great.
