Stock flywheel (atleast for CRX's) is about 20 pounds.
Most of the people I've asked about flywheels, dont recommend taking off more then 25% of the weight (on a 20 not going below 15 pounds) unless you want that thing to cut ya while driving (not sure if thats true or not)

Well i have a 1989 Honda civic SI with a D16Z6 motor in it.. and i had my flywheel lightened.. it weighed 21lbs and i got 9lbs shaved off of it.. no idea how much hp i gained.. but i will tell u one thing.. my car flys... I didnt get an rpm switch installed for like two weeks after i got my motor put it.. and i must say one thing... it makes a HUGE difference! My car has *****!!!! without the VTEC... it was by far the best performance part i have ever got for my car! totally worth the money!

I'll let you know my thoughts tomorrow afternoon...but I won't be able to give it a full evaluation because I'll be breaking in a clutch too.

Ok the reason being that ya shouldnt take off more than 25% from an OEM flywheel is cause it was never designed to work like that. Not exactly the safest thing to do eiether.
If you want a lightened flywheel do it right and get one thats designed to be lighter.
My 2 cents.
