Flushing out Coolant

Flushing out Coolant
How does one go about completely replacing all the antifreeze in the system? I understand that I can release the plug under my rad, but does this completely drain the whole system (aka, is there still coolant running throughout the engine?)

...the block coolant bolt is just below your header. Put the heater selection to max heat when doing it all.
Sounds like you don't have a helm's manual.
Check pm.
oh, and don't forget to take the old coolant and the flush to recycling facility.

Just flush it out with a hose like matt said...drain the rad and optionally use rad flush for a few mins with the car on and drain it again...then run a hose into the rad with the car on for a few mins to backwash all the coolant out...
