motor/tranny/ecu - $1300.00
axles - $200 with cores, 350 without <----rebuilt.
shift linkages ---->100 get them welded up cut or lengthned.
bseries mount kit --->$400 for enjo's, $500-600 for place or hasport
rear tranny mount from integra ---->$30-40 from a wrecker.

wiring, and install will be extra unless you do it yourself, and cause you have a dx you will also need a injector resistor box, and a few other plugs for the injectors, pins for the ecu, and distributor plugs, if the new motor doesnt have them.

I can do the labour if you wish, but get all the parts first...

I do have some parts....IE : axles, rear tranny mount, injector box, wiring harnesses,
I can do the labour for very reasonable price, I need the extra cash for some bills at the moment.

talk to punkindrublic about my install skills, he has seen some of my work,

ive swapped h22's, b18c, zc, b16's, and d's into all years upto 95.

I meant because it's an si, not a dx, does that mean that I don't need some of the stuff that he does?

i.e. tranny?
let me know

only difference between dx and si is

d16a6 motor instead of d15x
dpfi vs mpfi
injector resistor box
and 3.88 final drive vs 4.255 final drive in the tranny
minor wiring differences.

none of that matters, the engine bay and wiring will have to be changed on both models, and tranny from your stock motor wont fit

With the Si you will only need to run 3 extra wires as far as the Harness goes. The DX on the other hand will have to change the harness. Other than that it is the same amount of work.(For the most part) If yoyu have the time and place, try doing it yourself(with help). It is a learning experience. Honda-tech.com among other honda web sites have detailed info on doing the swap. Try B-16A in the search engine. and enjoy the driving experience.......

T-Train, there is no need to change the harness...

just add wires needed for the 2 other injectors, and drop down the impedence with the resistor box..then wires for vtec (3)
