finding torque specs for b series motors

im looking to find the different torque specs cuz i need to tighten sum bolts(head,etc) on the on my type r an i am unsure of how much i need to torgue them to but i cant find any information on it.. i tried on google cuz it keep showing the torque of the motors an **** an i tried on here to but didnt find anythign.. so i was wondering if anyone know where i could find this information... thanks to thos that help

Download the the PDF and check under cylinder head install.
It's got the specs and proper sequence.
