Filling VS. sleeving

I'm a boost *****. I wasn't gonna boost my civic because I have a boosted Colt but I can't hold it in anymore.
My goal is to make 400whp. I've done my research and thats why I'm asking this question. What would you guys recommend? I have a set-up in mind, money is not really an issue but I don't want to do things I don't need to do but at the same time, do it proper.
Sleeving is bloody expensive, but the chance of the cylinders distorting is very small. I have heard mixed results in regards to DIY filling. Some say it takes boost well, and other end up blowing their motors. Oh forgot to mention. b18C1 in a EF.

I'd perfer first hand experiences or people who know wtf they're talking about.

Thanks,
-Dom

hands down sleevin, i take it filling you mean filling the water jackets? if so dont do it cuse you need all the cooling you can get on a boosted engine. if money isnt an issue spend the extra and get a dart block.

don't do the devcon... it has been proven to fail. i'd go with a block guard for 400hp... just make sure it is installed properly (welded in) and that you over bore your cylinders after installation to assure trueness. i am aiming for that same goal and i plan on doing this with my setup.

sleeves are always best though, but i'm poor.

remember when welding in a block gaurd the heat can/will twist the block so a line hone on the mains is a good idea
