From experiance. How much HP will a skunk2 intake manifold create?

I don't think it will do much for you until you a fairly well modified. There are plenty examples of b-series guys putting these mani's on "stockish" motors and have negative results.

You'd probably get the most gains from there
I don't think many people will have had experience that you're looking for from the D-series motor since it was just realeased right? 
But like Happy said, lots of B-series owners have had very positive results from fairly modified motors e.g. B16A with R cams.
