Got something new eh?? Try asking some guys on ClubSi in the Got Boost forum or hostboard.com>cars, hotrods>forced induction integras. They might be able to help you out.

I believe that the greddy turbo is able to flow 9-10psi, so 200wheel horsepower should be obtainable with max boost.

here is a thread from www.honda-tech.com about someone running 5psi on the D16Z6 and his hp/ft-lb and ETs

with 200whp you should be in the mid 13's with slicks.

Actually 220whp if its tuned properly with intercooler and you should be able to pull mid 13s with street tires depending on your ability to drive..

Its 300hp range that things start getting dicey with street tires and you need to switch over to slicks.

However, if you don't believe me and think Sir-Racers account is true, then make sure you get new axles cause I've seen how you drive and slicks are gonna kill your stock ones.

Regards,
OK

get some new trannys too while you're at it

Who wants ot make a bet:

AO looses his license within 2 months of boosting

...anyone want that action or is it just to one sided.

Here are my predictions...

snaps axles within 3 passes on slicks
blows motor within 2 months
burns out clutch within 2.5 months
loses license within 3 months

OK

Ahh, going for Greddy instead of F-MAX eh?

Greddy can boost 10psi with their little turbo, but so you know. At 10psi, the greddy cannot push out 100 more horses that easily because the amount of air it's able to actually push is limited. So tunning it extremely well can probably push out 100 more horses (running just stoich), but that leaves you with no room for error (barometric pressure, ambient temperature, etc). Ideally, you wanna run a bit rich, but that takes away horse power.

If you want to be in the 13s, you need a T3/T4 or To4e, which flows large amount of air at higher boost.

Oh, and because you have a 97 Si, you better get ready for some modding to that turbo kit so it'll fit in your car.

Doesn't the price for hte Greddy kit works out to be just as expensive AO?

when it comes down to it red if you kit was cheaper i would be able to afford it and would buy it unfortunatley i cant afford it and this would be the best option for the budget

not to mention the install price ...which i havent even gone over with my mechanic yet

Don't forget to factor in tuning costs.
