what u guys think about a 7lb flywheel? someone is selling a new one for 200 so im thinking of putting that in, any driveability issues other than the revs dropping fast?

get in contact with steve at leitner and just get an oem lightened balanced and re-surfaced one (10lbs)

7 lbs , you get used to it...

may be hard to drive at first..but well worth it.

the exedy clutch was $63, then $30 shipping, the flywheel is costing me 180

Everything came in yesterday and all is good. If u need a cheap replacement then buy from gripforce, good service too. The thing costed me $160 at my door, and thats with the stupid ups brokerage fee which was $25.

I am still on original clutch, 139000km. 5 years. So far, still good.

I have learned that, if I need an auto part, I shop online from the States. The middle man fee for some Canadian stores are just ridiculous.

For those who bought the Exedy OE replacement is that the same as the Stage 1 Kit they offer? Looking to get one for my car Kit # 0880B but I've searched everywhere and I can't seem to get a definite answer as to if there is an OE replacement and a stage 1 option or if they are considered to be exactly the same. In any case, does anyone know which category the Clutch kit I mentioned would fall under?
