engine question.

I'm planning on buying a car with a blown engine so i can put a nice engine on my civic. Maybe i might buy another eg hatch. Anyways. I was considering buying a b18c. I think that's the GSR or type R rite? Which 1 is Type R? B18c5? Is $3500 cheap for a B18c not sure if it's gsr or type R. It comes with tranny, ecu, driveshafts and everything i believe. Just not the motor mount. I know this has been recovered many times. Anyways. How many HP does the Type R engine have? 200 rite? What about the GSR? 175 rite? Do u think i have to do any internals like changing pistions, camshafts, bearings, pistons and etc if i buy the engine because i want to make it a little faster. Would u think the stock internals would be good enough? Not looking to spend like $7000 or more just for the motor. I just want a quick car so maybe i will go on the race track next year to have a run. I can get a b16 sir engine for like $1500 with ecu and everything. Would that be the best bang for the price? I heard ppl say this car is not enough torque and is a waste of $$ doing swaps. I was looking forward on a H22 but with all the mod and stuff i don't think i would get the H22. I would stick with something a little smaller. Any reply would be appreciated.

looking at the prices u an seem to get those motors for, id go with the b16. 1500 is mad good deal for a complete swap.

it does need work for an h22... but if your willing to put in the effort the cost / fun ratio is a lot better then say a gsr engine
