get a sohc zc it's pretty much the same as the stock si engine only it's been said to be abit peppier 114 hp probobly grab one for 400-500

or grab a DOHC zc 130 hp which is a direct drop in and will be a fast littel car...the DOHC zc will run with b16's and best off it's direct drop in they can be grabbed for 700-800

or a b16 1400 plus mounts 400 plus wiring so it's alot more expensive like a couple thousand to have swapped in but pretty peppy in a 4th gen hatch

yep..but it woudl run better with the zc ecu...try and get teh zc ecu or get a 88-89 integra ecu...the zc ecu has bettter fuel adn spark curves for more power and has a 7500 rpm fuel cut compared to the si 6800

best ecu in order

zc
88-89 integra
90-91 si ecu

you could run yours for now then later upgrade to the zc when you got the cash

things to change are timing belt water pump plugs and wires and clutch...just to make sure she is running good..

i just put dohc zc in my car it pulls pretty good compared to the stock si motor. when i used the old pm6 ecu the idle wasnt great still pulled pretty good, i now have a pm7 ecu which is a jdm zc ecu, the power difference is pretty big.
i would reccomend the zc, its the best bang for the buck.

well change the water pump and timing belt atleast...or your 400 dollar motor might go to the ****ter when the water pump takes the timign belt out or the timign belt just snaps...change those then drive it
