engine noise
I was driving on the 401 today and noticed (well i noticed it a LONG time ago but never posted) that my car is VERY loud when i'm driving between 120-140km. as soon as i go past 140 the sound drops off and the car is quiet again. I have an intake(K&N filter only) and exhuast. Does anyone else have this problem or know what it may be? the car was the same with my old engine to. is it just a general thing? Thanks

my old car did that.......it was the tires fault......noisy tread pattern.
New car does it at a lower speed.
Try this....Put on a different set..Ie snows, and see if the problem is still there.
My Toyo Proxies.....205/40/16....are noisy at around 40 km to around 75 km. (Not too noisy that I would want to switch manufacturers.....I can live with it)
Put the snows on.........ahhhhhhhhh.......peace and quiet.
Try it, and tells us if it helped. :working:
