Drove over some water on the street and my car basically stalled on me. Tried starting but at first it wasnt starting then it eventually started. When it did, light came on and it stays on. Tried resetting but no good. Still comes back. Got a reading done on it and it came back P0131 02 sensor circuit low.

I did some search on it but cant really find a solution to the problem. They all say to take it to your dealership and get it looked at. If its something I can fix without spending 600$ i wanna fix it myself.

Anyway.. suggestions on a fix? replacing the sensor itself? My search on this said its rare that the sensor itself is damage. Its usually something else.

clear the code and see if it comes back.

o2 sensors are pretty easy to change, especially on our cars. But sometimes when you take the o2 out, it rips the threads out then it turns into a fun job

I cleared the code but still came back 2-3 mins of my car been running.

make sure the wiring is good, if it is, replace the o2
