emissions test

quick question: any one done their emissions test at crappy tires before? would any of you recommend doing it there?

Probably as good as the next place. If yout afraid your car is gonna fail add a couple of 175 ml bottles of gas line anti freeze. My old mechanic reccomended this to me. Seems to work wonders on old cars.

i did mine there, but then again....i work there! lol but i'm pretty sure it's just as good as any other place also...

yes or no to these situations...

one would pass with a header installed + catalytic converter

one would pass with a header installed + removed cat converter for a test/straight pipe/resonator?
