i would say from experience, if you only want a inch drop, buy a set of springs, and put them on stock shocks....

don't buy sH*t coilovers on ebay or something you will regret it
as far as i know, no camber problem after an inch drop...

Great bang for the buck. Get's what he wants for a good price and maintains a decent ride.

had my coupe dropped on Progress springs (for 1 yr) part # 40.1003 lowering 2.3" all around..and there was barely enough camber to worry about, no damage to the tires

I just dropped my eg hatch on neuspeed sport springs, with GSR gas struts..... a GREAT ride now. It was a dirt cheap junkyard setup that proves very useful, also to tighten things up get yourself some front and rear sway bars, as well as front and rear tie bars.... mmmmm, stiff eg's. haha

Oh yea, and I am not seeing any irregular wear on my tires yet. I just got them (brand new eagle f1's) and they still look fresh. I have heard that anything more than 1.75" drop and you will need some camber adjustability. My Omnipower UCA's are adjustable but not fully maxed out on the Neuspeed's.

If you want to see what that drop looks like check out my thread
