is there any type of disc brake conversion that is bolt on for the 92 civic hatch?? if so what type? and how hard is it to convert?

You can fit almost snything on there. Most common is any integra or SIR package. Try a search becasue there is tons of info.

Hey I've even seen a 5-bolt swap from a minivan so try that if you really want.

I just had a rear disc conversion done my car, bought the parts from teknotik, had intense motorsports install it. You can probably do it yourself, it's fairly easy, I just didn't want to deal with certain bolts I knew would be seized. Mine are Integra brakes, also sir will work, and 92-95 hatchback si had disc brakes.

I have a complete 93 Si rear disc setup for sale. It would literally bolt up to your CX. I have everything with it, e brake cables, prop valve, bb, and a larger m/c as well. Let me know if you're interested.
