I bought a tranny off of ETD last season and while I was there I took a look at their facility and was impressed with some of the cars they had in their shop. Along with the etd CRX they had an EG with a sohc NA motor that runs 12's(if i'm not mistaken). They know their stuff.

Damn, this is her winter beater ? ... whats the point of dropping a k20 into ur beater... 8,000$ later ... lol

B18C5 and K20 make ABOUT the same power its not a BIG diff and the k20 is such a hassle into an EF... EG or EK its abit easier(especially EK) ... but the k20 is a much better motor overall ... but its 2 much right now and a C5 ... if u wanna boost it dont get a C5 go with a C1 its cheaper and itsn ot as high compression as a C5, c5 is good for N/A ...

I agree with Rukus, from what I've read the K series into an EF, while possible (I believe Hasport sells mounts for it now) is not at all a bolt in affair, lots of things have to be changed, if this is a "winter beater" stick with a B series, personally if it was a winter beater I would go with something that is a little better on gas, like a B18B or something, if its a beater
