EF heat really sucks!
i changed the thermostat coolant is all good ect! my friend told me to take the hose off the back to the heater core and blow out my core im thinkin he is right since this is my last resort! ?? you think water will clean out this sluge build up or should i spray somthing special in there ??

Your friend may be right, the could be a blockage in your heater core. Just trying to pull off that hose without breaking and bending lines will be a PITA.
Try this first. Right above the two hoses for your heater core is a thin metal cable and at the end it is a ring shape, this cable has a plastic protectant around it. Check to see if the cable is still attached or if it just rusted off its location. Many cars have this cable rust and when it snaps off your heater is left at the position it was last in. (So maybe it snapped during the summer and now its stuck on cold) If it is than you can ether replace this cable but that runs through your heater controls or the easy fix is to get a flat head and manually turn it over and it is now set to regualte heat.
