ECU options for LS/VTEC

ECU options for LS/VTEC

i know there is many options out there, u can chip, or get a DOHC VTEC ecu from a gsr,sir,itr but i was just wonder wat is the best route, with keeping cost down....btw its in a 93 eg si, so i have a P28 ecu now. thanks

theres no stock ecu for an lsvtec
so chip the p28 and get at least a street tune

i know there isn't a stock ecu for it, but i was wondering if i shud find an obd1 gsr ecu...but not sure if it wud do the job properly, how much wud chipping the p28 cost, jus to get it running properly?

chipped p28s usually go for $150, like the one im selling.

Or you can pm zeeman he can chip/tune it for you.

like brian said there is no factory ecu (or program) for a lsvtec....to do the job properly you need to get it tuned. If you wanna half-*** it and get half-assed results you can use a gsr ecu/program as a minimum.

^^thanks that was what i was wondering about the gsr ecu, didn't know how the engine would run with it.

How much would it be chip a P28 in order to run it properly?

chipping the ecu isnt the $$ part the tuning is.
Zeeman will probally do both for you for a set price.
