ECU modding

Anyone ever mod a non-vtec ECU for vtec?

Like mod the P06 ecu for D15b7, to make it VTEC? I was wondering if this can be done?

Yeah, any ECU can be modded for other parameters. Someone was selling a SOHC ecu that was flashed for a DOHC VTEC program. Other than that, I've never heard of it being done.

We get our chips done by Adrian at Hyper Duck Tuning... Never had any problems with them... actually.. the one in our race car is chipped by Adrian

As for chipping the Si...send it over to Adrian and he'll take care of you... If not.. you can send it over this way.. cause I gotta send some stuff over to Adrian anyways.

1SikCoupe, I would not recommend chipping based on just bolt ons. You have to step outside the parameters of the ECU, which means you would have to go way beyond the stock volumetric efficiency. I would leave this step until last.
