ecu code?? what does it mean??

ecu code?? what does it mean??
so i checked my ecu socket to see what code its throwing off
there was a long blink and then another long blink and then pause
so im guessing thats number 20
honda tech ecu code 20 says
"Electrical load detector"
what is this problem??
i got an obd-1 ecu
