EBC GREEN"S with Powerslot, bad combo?

As you may or may not know, I'm going to try the powerslots.

Now I need pads for them, (Didn't realize I couldn't cheap out and wear the old ones down)

PS recomends HAWK HPS but I'm not sure they make em for my car. Same with AEM, not sure if they make them for my car.

I was thinking EBC greens, what do you guys think?

I thought EBC was suppost to be super light on dust, 60-95% reduction in brake dust?

I've heard similar things about EBC Green's.... not a good brand

Talk to Rev and see if they can get Endless pads for you?

Hmm, you say Hawk might not have pads for you? I thought they made like applications for a TON of cars?

*off-topic* were you around 1st Markham place at around 6:00pm today?

Nah, wasn't me.

I usually drive with the roof off, weather permitting.

yah rite have fun with the hawks. those have to be warmed up before they actually start to grab. ebc is really bad and they wear out really fast so dont bother with those. maybe try some kvr. i used it at the track for like 2.5hrs of HARD driving and no fade at all. that stuff is good.

Great, rich is going to kill me when I keep changing my mind...

Powerslot recommends Hawk with the rotors, if speedtech can find pads to fit all four corners I'll go fo them...

I can't find the product number for del Sol VTEC, only the other models and then just the fronts.

Ergh
Maybe the AEM's if I can find the product # for front and backs...

If you think EBC is bad for dust, then don't even think about getting the Hawk HP+ pads. They squeal like crazy, and dust so quick that your silver rims look gun metal after an hour of driving.

That's why I like them so much!
Great performing pad, quite trackable, and they don't eat rotors too badly. They do like a bit of heat, so it's not a really good idea to run them in the winter.

Don't think about running Hawk blues, because they'll turn those powerslots into plain rotors in no time. I used to go through 1.5 sets of front rotors for every set of Hawk blue's.

since u're going with powerslots which are brembo anyway (fromt hat other thread), why not try the brembo pads... my bud has them on with his brembo cross drilled... they hold great and hardly dust? they go under the name kevlar or kelvar or sumthing... just goto Elite Auto and as for the brembo pads!

Powerslot recommends Hawk High Performance. (Acttually mentioned in the instructions)

I would go with HPS (High performance STREET) cuz they should grip a lower temps. I'm assuming this is for a street applicantion?

The only reason I'm not going this route is because they don't make pads for my car.
