e-brake is screwed up

i pull it when doing a turn, but it wont engage...whats wrong?

well the rear brakes havent been touched by me...i dunno bout the original owner...how do i know if its under adjusted?

take the drum off. there is a pinwheel adjuster in the assembly. turn the pinwheel a few times. if you overadjust it you'll burn out the shoes. buy a good manual. it should show you.
