fixing camber is a sinch in the rear, do some reading up and find a faq, you can just throw in a few washers in the rear.

the front is where you want the proper camber, id def get the front over back.

450 seems high to me.

well i've decided not 2 get the camber kit no more. cuz i've been told all i need is a good allignment. so i'm going 2 acura for that.
so i'm gettin my springs for $ 250.

is that a good price?

i have nuespeed race springs and no camber kit... just a perfect alignment... i've noticed negliable tire wear in the 2 months i've had my summer tires on.... and i boot the car through back roads daily to work with a zr rated tire which isn't the hardest compound either... so i wonder how important a camber kit actually is... i guess if you wanna stretch 100 000 kms off some all seasons it'd help...

camber is important.

i did a 2.5" drop to my civic all last year.

within 3 months, i ripped through a full set of toyo proxies.

DEAD.

the tires looked ok...well..i thought they did..till we pulled them off, and the inside was dead.

the tread was fine...but, when we pulled em off, we realized they wern't.

fix your camber, weither you think it needs it or not. it costs less then shredding through one good set of tires.

thats the thing the insides of my tires are no different then when i put them on this year... i had them off last week doing the brakes... but then again those ES bushings make the camber on my 2.5" drop not as much as normal

whoever told you "all you need is a good alignment" is a 'tard. don't talk to that person again.

Honda ONLY has provisions in OEM geometry for toe adjustment. NOT for camber and caster. Don't listen to ppl who talk out of their *** and think with their armpit hair.

From what I have heard a camber kit isn't needed on a drop 1.8" or under, someone back me up on this

I've 'heard' the same but any drop will effect camber wear on tires I think. Only way of knowing for sure is to test it out for yourself.

if you drop your ride, you are changing the goemetry of your factory suspension. I've seen 1 inch drop that can throw out the camber.

If you want a proper drop, get an camber correction kit.
Otherwise, you have to rotate your tires very often (costs adds up)

I've run Eibach Sportlines for 3 years and i've never used a camber kit.

If you run a larger and wider rim... and a lower profile tire then the camber wear will definately be more pronouced. eg 17"
Then its no surprise that you will go through a set of tires in a few months.

If you keep the tire size relatively stock... eg 14 inch rim, I doubt you even see any camber wear.

If you're going to get an alignment to a shop like wheel and tire zone that specializes on doing 4 wheel alignments on lowered cars

Lets look at this long term. How much do new sets of front tires run you? I would plonk down the money for a front camber kit, as replacing fronts would tend to get a bit costly during one driving season..

You can pick up decent tires between 80 - 150 $ per tire depending on size and make.
