Drag Tires??

Ok, I am not sure if this is the same for all Civics or cars in general, but recently I got a set of nice summer tires of the guy I bought my car from *he just "found" them now* and well.. Their huge. I swapped, rotated and balanced the tires and the summers are oddly big they actually make the car look drag style and fill out the wheel wells pretty nice, is this normal??

can't really help without size and wheel offest they are mounted on info...

pictures woudl eb nice for a visual reference...

also what brand of tire is it
