^^

if yoru not good with fabrication and mechanically inclined then stay away form hf mani ghetto kit's

but if you want taht then

hf mani
14b turbo (nice size for zc...found on talons)
talon bov
talon injectors (450cc blue top's)
intercooler
apexi afc
msd BTM
piping

and your set to run some decent boost 7-10 psi with some good tuning probobly

That'll be reliable on a stock motor?

I wouldn't want to run more than 6 psi of boost on stock internals.

safe psi depends on the turbo...
mainly the CFM it puts out.

i.e. you can have the exact same engines and the same boost and have one blow to smitherines and the other runing prestine. The difference is one turbo has 10 cfm and the other has 1000cfm that makes the difference between blowing up and not, not just boost psi.

you could go 10psi with a t25 or 6psi with a t3/t4(not exact numbers)

and with a 14b you can go to 7 or 10 if you tune properly or not tuned pro i would say 6

and turbo will decrease the life of an engine anyways to have fun boosting

psi will blow a motor up...too much pressure in the combustion chamber will blow the rings...either way 6psi is pretty safe for stock with fuel management

this is why I say go with the kit and just upgrade a few things (afc, fuel pump and injectors)...the kits are kinda expensive but all the stuff works proper together and the turbo is new and wont spike and valley all over the place...if I were to go turbo I would spend the 3grand on a kit (hell people spend that on swapping a motor alone) so it aint that bad
