Does this sound like a bad brake booster

Changed my M/C today and bled the lines... pedal still sinks to the floor and doens't catch untill the very end, even if i am driving about 20km/h and slam on the brakes i slowly stop, brakes are very weak...

booster seems to check out ok when i do the test in the helms manual, and there is vaccum at the booster...

no leaks anywhere...

someone mentioned the pushrod inside the booster could be **** up... ??

im stumped, its at a mechanics now, there gonna look at it tomorro but i wanted to see what others though.

normally a dead booster just makes it feel like you're stopping the car with your leg power... like there is wicked feedback, and the pedal feels super hard.

I've not yet seen one where a booster makes the pedal sink to the floor, though I suppose it's not that far fetched.
