Does Anyone Know What A P75-A01 ECM Means?
I have a P75-A01 Computer. Does anyone know what specs that the Teg had? EG. Auto or 5speed vtec or nonvtec etc..

p75 is a LS (1.8L dohc non-vtec).

Open it up, check to see if there is a resistor in RP17....if there is its an auto...if not 5-spd.

What would happen if it is an auto and I have a 5speed setup?

you could get a CEL for the lockup solenoid.

Uber easy fix for that.
Remove RP17 and RP18. Solder a jumper wire in RP18....bam....5spd ecu.
I would also remove the high side switches in IC15 and IC16.

hey zee, where are rp17 and rp18 located or are they marked? my car has a auto p28 ecu in it and i dont like the CEL on :P

Its right underneath where the socket goes in a chipped ecu. I've circled it in yellow.
