dizzy question

is the distributor off of a 92 cx d15b7 the same as a 92 -95 1.6 d series vtec the same ?

I personally don't think so ..... the d16z6 is going to be different I think because of the vtec..... I could be wrong though

they work the same....im pretty damn sure..

vtec has nothing to do with the distributor, its the ecu that controls vtec..

the d16z6 one would be a better unit as the Z6 motor revs 1000 rpm or so higher...

doesn't the ecu advance timing on vtec slightly as well?? which means the distributor has to be able to handle that
