DIY Noob Injector Cleaning

DIY Noob Injector Cleaning
i am trying to get to the bottom of a rough idle i have in my car at low rpms..
ive ran some seafoam through the gas tank.. in hopes of cleaning the fuel system, but with a car thats 265000k that likely is not enough.
i would like to remove the injectors and thoroughly clean them myself. i also wanna check if they dont have any vacuum leaks..
can someone post a reference for noobs that they can do this. i am not up for taking it to a mechanic to get this done..
ive spent enough money at mechanics telling me its motor mounts and then that it needed a tuneup did those and prob still there so im poor and need to go the DIY to get to the bottom of this.
its a 4 cyl engine.. 1.8l

hey, have you tried fixing your fast idle thermo valve? My buddies car had a rough idle and i pulled the FITV off screwed the little white thing back in and bam! perfect idle.
I am in hamilton and would be willing to give you a hand if you'd like.
