distributor help

i have a 94 gsr and i'm getting no spark.......how can i check if the coil and the igniter is no good?

well take the cap, rotor and cover off. Remove the screws that hold the + (black/yellow) and - (white/blue) terminals from the distributor one is a round connector and the other is square.
Check the resistance between the primary pos/neg terminals, should be 0.6ohm to 0.8ohm.
Then check the resistance of the secondary winding terminal and + primary terminal (black/yellow) it should be 12.8 to 19.8K ohms.
Make sure the ignition switch is OFF when doing this.
