Question difference between camber, caster, and toe in

can someone briefly elaborate on this.. i know that toe in is when the wheels are slanted (like when ricers slam their car and the wheels tuck a lot and they are slanted) but i thought that camber and caster was toe-in/out.... is it just a more technical name for toe0in, or is it completely different? can someone please shed some light on this

camber is when you look straight at the front of hte car andthe wheel looks like this / --- \

toe out is when you look down at the wheels with the top of the screen being the front of the car and they look like this \----/

toe in is the opposite of the above so /----\

caster i can't remember what that is...

well actually when you stam a civic and dont get an alignment afterwards.... you not only get camber.... but it also causes quite bad toe out... so it really destroys tires cause there first off ridding on the inner part of the tire... then they are 'dragging" there tires along...

also causes premature wear on your lower ball joint and tie rod ends...

people look at my car and wonder how it can be so low yet not bounce all over the road

but you need a better pic of your car... that one you have in your sig doesn't really show off your rims... to the untrained eye it looks like your running steelies
