D16Y8 Plug Wires
Allow me to apologize in advance; when I do a search for "spark plug wire*," a bunch of links show up, but none of them work.
So I'm gonna ask: NGK or OEM; either or is okay? I'm looking for durability. I'm getting stumbling when it's idling, and I can hear the odd electric tick. Car has 126K and it's a 2000; probably time to change anyways. Thanks in advance. If anyone knows of a place where I can find wires the cheapest, post up as well. Thx. |
All good; I was forced to buy the Bosch wires from Canadian Tire today after it got so bad the check engine light came on. Resetted the ECU, and the car seems okay now.

I find the bosch wires aren't as good compared to NGK wires. I say you return those bosch ones from CT and get the NGK ones, they work much better and the quality is better as well. OEM are NGK's FYI.

Originally posted by ERTW based on your experience, which electrical qualities of the NGK wires make them better than bosch wires at conducting electrical current? |
