would a d16y8 header fit in to my d16y7? bolt right in?

and planning on putting a cat back...already have it good to be bolt right on..

wat else do i have to change if i was to put on y8 header?

i need new Catalytic Converter and a Resonator??

anything else im missing?

I had mine done. You will need to extend the secondary 02 sensor and modify the exhaust under the car to make everything fit.

Precisely, but I think he said he's getting a cat-back...So if this is the case, make sure it's a cat-back for an Si (Canadian Si, or American EX) and you should be good to. Don't expect everything to always just bolt up, though...there's usually something that doesn't mate perfectly when you start mixing and matching exhaust parts.

well the cat-back i got was short but the guy told me all civic 96-00 r all the same pipe..only hatch r not the same pipe..
the cat-back was short from my header pipe so i was thinking if i was to get an aftermarket header would it still be short?
because right now my Catalytic Converter is in the front of my motor..its a civic sedan lx...

well i think the best thing for me to do is go to a muffler shop and see wat they say about it..
