D16 parts fitting B16

Planning to swap a B16 soon and was wondering if i could save some money by swapping the parts from a D16 to the B16.
Would the header, pullies, and intake fit on the B16

Save your pennies.. cause NOTHING fits. So you'll need to buy new ones. Opps.. the intake pipe should fit, but you'll have to get a new adapter.
