whats your budget?
N20 or boost is a good way of increasing performance.

Weight reduction on the vehicle Kinda hard when it's a daily driver though.....lol.

Couple hundred, honestly, save it. You could try weigth reduction, it is free.

Start with suspension, brake, and tires first.

weight, make a testpipe or hollow your cat, intake, exhaust? them are all cheap ideas.

weight reduction IMO is waste on a daily driver. Isn't the saying 100lbs reduced is 1/10th of a second on a 1/4 mile?

Test pipe in place of your cat. $300 fine & no real big HP gains,

Hollow your cat? Your SOL some E-test time.

Intake - Your only looking at about 5hp @ 5000+rpms
Exhaust - All the sound of go, but of course no go. (just like every other riced out civic.)

there is no magic bullet to hot rod a d-series imo....plus good quality parts are limited and rare if you compare it with a b series. sohc d motors are very good candidates for boost but all that is out of your budget...

$200....dont even think...have it detailed instead

best Y7 mods are a EX/Si tranny swap, and the Y8 intake manifold.... after that, save some more, and get the Y8 exhaust, and eventually build a VTEC motor with a B-series throttle body.

ummm... I dunno, I forget. all I know is almost all B series are the same size... and they are bigger than D series. apparently they make a nice diff on the D series.
