why not just go with a crappy ebay header? unless you want something that looks nice id go with ebay. because even 200 is way to much for a header in my eyes.. and i dont care what it looks like.

mark pm dylan (rhd_ef) he has a DC d-series header for sale like $60 has some rust but you like doing little DIY's and **** im sure you can polish the up nice.
