cut lowering springs
#3
Springs are made for individual applications, designed to support the specific weight of the cars they are applied to. Changing this spring rate results in poor handling due to the changing of the original springs characteristic and pre-load. By cutting or burning the coils, they stop becoming effective at supporting the full weight they were originally intended. You may bottom out a lot or just endure a very stiff and jarring ride. Don't do it with your springs because they are not made to handle such amounts of stress.

LOL, I talked to Brandon yesterday basically this guy wants to sell him a set of Neuspeed springs with like 1 coil cut off of them for 50 bucks. So he figures one coil (or less) wont make much difference.

if you go cheap on stuff on your car like cut the springs or heat the springs, you'll end up paying big $$$ in the end, don't cheap out on something like your car.... buy PC brand food or something (some of which i like!! )but get the real **** if it's going on you car..... ESPECIALLY if it's a component that actually matters not like a sticker or something lol... susp is important
